Pool of facilitators (Kabelias- Majdal Anjar)

Hand Organization – Human Aid and Development is a Lebanese non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable and disadvantaged households across Lebanon. Our programs are designed to address immediate humanitarian needs while promoting long-term development, always guided by the values of solidarity, transparency, and respect for diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in all required training sessions related to data collection, protection principles, and psychosocial support.
• Conduct Post-Distribution Monitoring (PDM), needs assessments, and data collection activities in targeted communities using standardized tools.
• Facilitate psychosocial support sessions to address the emotional and social needs of children and families, as guided by the project team.
• Raise community awareness on protection risks, self-care strategies, child rights, and available referral services.
• Support the organization and implementation of community-based activities that promote well-being, education, and resilience.
• Conduct outreach activities to identify and encourage the enrollment of targeted out-of-school children in education programs.
• Provide daily support at the education center, including managing student entry and exit, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring student safety.
• Monitor student transportation by supervising bus arrivals and departures, and coordinating with drivers to ensure safe and timely travel.
• Ensure all activities adhere to child protection standards and are conducted in safe, accessible, and appropriate locations.
• Identify and refer vulnerable cases in coordination with the project team and according to referral protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all field interactions.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor to support project goals.
Academic Qualification
University degree in any relevant field.
Professional Experience
• One to two years’ experience in a relevant field.
Skills
• Spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good knowledge in data collection tools.
