About Hariri Foundation (HF):

Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development is a Lebanese non-governmental organization dedicated to sustainable development and community empowerment. As a member of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) with special consultative status, we work on a wide range of projects and campaigns across various developmental programs, including Education & Training, Public Health, Community Support, Urban Development, and Environment & Agriculture.

  1. Supervising the harvesting operations and use of machinery such as harvesters, depending on the crop type and scale of operation.
  2. Managing the maintenance and cleaning of farm equipment, tools, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient opearations.
  3. Overseeing the pruning and trimming of plants to remove diseased or damaged parts, promoting healthy growth, and shaping of the plant structure.
  4. Ensuring the farmers are applying fertilizers, compost, or other soil amendments to enhance soil fertility and promote plant growth.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or equivalent fields of relevance.
  • Relative background in Horticulture with a focus on pre-harvest.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field
  • Proven experience in working in a team environment.
