Fuel Bidding

himaya is seeking to work with a  Fuel Company during 2020 that has stations in all of the following locations: 
Tripoli/ Akkar (Halba, Bebnine)/ Beirut and mount lebanon (Aley, Kesserwan, Metn)/ saida/Marjayoun/ zahle/ baalbak/ kaa/ arsal.

The average total consumption throughout the year is around 120,000,000 LBP.

About 80 fuel cards would need to be issed as pre and post-paid.

These cards should:

- Have limited consumption per day

- Have limited usage per day

- Have ways to be monitored such as: stating station name / location/ mileage/ litre/ date and time

- Be limited to 1 car based on the plate number and based on the mileage

- For the pre paid cards: could be with no limited usage

Payment terms:

Accept to provide us with Prepaid and postpaid cards with no limitations on card numbers.

For prepaid cards, the renewal should be done every 10th of the month.

An official invoice should be submitted to himaya.

Check payment will be issued either in LBP or USD.
