CAPACITY BUILDING SPECIALIST

* Conduct meetings and workshops with school administration and staff

* Conduct focus group discussions with parents, students, and school staff

* Develop a Child Protection Policy document for each school by adapting existing guidelines provided by the CBRD Department

* Give introductory presentations to parents and students on CP

* Adapt content into capacity building sessions

* Train teachers and school staff on CP

* Prepare reports, such as training evaluation reports when needed

* Participate in developing evaluation tools for capacity building sessions (pre-test, post-test, evaluation sheets)

* Follow-up with organizations to assess outcomes of capacity building actions

* Implement evaluation tools developed for the project

* Coordinate with schools and partner organizations

* Follow up on the implementation of the CPPs

* Participate in CBRD projects when needed

* Attend all CBRD meetings
