General Mission
Design and implement trainings about child protection prevention and intervention techniques, and provide himaya’s operational team with regular technical follow up.
Content preparation and review
Review the current material used by the programs on a yearly basis
Search for relevant data and content to update the material used by the programs
Develop new content to be used by the programs
Conducting training sessions
Set a yearly capacity building program with the head of unit
Develop content and tools for capacity building
Do a post capacity building follow-up to ensure that the material transmitted was well integrated by the team
Provide capacity building sessions to himaya’s team members as well as outside professionals working in child protection
Technical follow-up
Provide support and guidance to other team members (specifically in their field) through regular meetings and needs assessment evaluations
Networking and Development
Create new contacts with relevant stakeholders that can be of an added-value to the units
Admin tasks
Attend all meetings regarding CBRD
Prepare reports when needed
Visit himaya’s regional centers when needed
Experience and Background
Must have experience in child protection
Must have experience in giving tranings
