Community Mobilizer

1.     Prepare the sessions with the co-facilitator before conducting them 2.     Monitor or conduct when needed awareness sessions (or conferences when needed) related to Child protection topics and Life Skills activities for children. 3.     Use different and adequate animation techniques for the sessions to be interactive 4.      Recruit and train several volunteers in collaboration with the area manager in different regions to become active agents of prevention in their community, 5.      Prepare, implement and monitor the work of the volunteers during awareness activities and events addressed to children and caregivers. 6.     Coordinate and advocate with main stakeholders and community leaders. 7.     Supervise the work of the co- facilitator 8.     Meet with the team weekly and attend all the admin meetings
