- Recruit and train several volunteers in collaboration with the area manager in different regions to become active agents of prevention in their community,
- Prepare, implement and monitor the work of the volunteers during awareness activities and events addressed to children and caregivers.
- Coordinate and advocate with main stakeholders and community leaders.
- Coordinate with the team leader and the area manager regarding the awareness activities of the safe park
- Prepare the sessions with the animators before conducting them
- Monitor or conduct when needed awareness sessions (or conferences when needed) related to Child protection topics and Life Skills activities for children.
- Use different and adequate animation techniques for the sessions to be interactive
- Helping the team leader and area manager to open new contacts in his/her region
- Meet with the team weekly and attend all the admin meetings
- Attend all capacity building sessions provided for the prevention team
- Gives his/her input on the content of the key messages and the animation techniques used on the field by the animators in the safe parks
- Fill evaluation sheets provided by M&E unit
- Evaluate all sessions with the team leader based on the tools provided by M&E unit.
- Evaluate the work periodically with the team leader
- Detect the cases of abuse and refer them to the team leader
