Education Coordinator - Center Of Resilience Broumana

  Main Job duties: Ensure the Coordination of work among the educators in the center taking into consideration and procedures and internal rules and regulations Make sure that beneficiaries are being taking care of effectively Coordinate regularly with the psychosocial team Follow up on the individuals’ life plan Plan and execute regular meeting with all educators to discuss their daily tasks and procedures of work Responsible for the implementation of all health and safety procedures Responsible for workshops and activities (cultural, academic, pedagogic, etc.) Meet the psychosocial team and the educators weekly and write reports regularly Give company for the beneficiaries in their activities outside the center and make sure that they are safe Participate in all events related to the beneficiaries Take actions when there is an emergency Communicate regularly to the adolescents and respond to their needs and help them with their problems   Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years experience in the education field Minimum of 2 years experience in leading a team Experience with adolescents is a must Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dynamic, and able to work under pressure and to react in emegencies Problem-solving skills
