General Job Missions Conduct awareness sessions and events for children Awareness Activities and Coordination Coordinate with the team leader and the area manager regarding the awareness sessions schedule Prepare the sessions with the assistant facilitator before conducting them Conduct 10-15 awareness sessions (or conferences when needed) related to Child protection topics and Life Skills activities for children per week Use different and adequate animation techniques for the sessions to be interactive Organize and implement with the team several awareness events to target a big number (100-200 persons) in one day in his/her region Coordinate with relevant contacts to secure the reach target Helping the team leader and area manager to open new contacts in his/her region Management and supervision of the Team Supervise the work of the assistant facilitator Meet with the team weekly and attend all the admin meetings Attend all capacity building sessions provided for the prevention team Respond to all the prevention teams’ concerns (annual leaves, sick leaves, payslips, etc.) and present it to the Area Manager Monitoring and evaluation of activities Gives his/her input on the content of the key messages and the animation techniques used on the field Fill evaluation sheets provided by M&E unit Evaluate all sessions with the Senior- Facilitator, the team leader and assistant facilitator based on the tools provided by M&E unit. Evaluate the work periodically with the team leader Case Detection and Referrals Detect the cases of abuse and refer them to the team leader            Degree and Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Social Animation, or social work.
