Finance Admin Assistant

  • Assist the Support Unit in the day to day operation.
  • Verify and File the supporting documents as per the donors’ requirements
  • Handle urgent requests for procurement (get quotations, prepare comparative and submit to finance manager)
  • Support in administrative tasks: scanning, printing, filing…
  • Prepare the payroll in coordination with the Finance Manager as per the Payroll Instructions.
  • Fill and submit monthly and yearly NSSF documents to the NSSF representative
  • Fill and submit quarterly and yearly MOF documents
  • Make sure that all HR supporting documents are finalized on time as per the requirements
