- Review and control the journal voucher for assets, liability, expenses and revenues
- Check the bank accounts through the online banking and follow up on the issuance of checks, donors’ transactions within the time limit
- Perform bank reconciliation, end of the month, and implement corrective actions, for any discrepancy
- Check weekly the trial balance, review the data on the system, ensure the proper allocation on accounts and inform the Executive Director on weekly basis
- Review the employee’s salaries and allocate changes for NSSF, advance on salary and others
- Send the salaries for the Executive Director and board of director’s approval and signature
- Send the Salaries document to the bank
- Prepare quarterly the tax on salaries, fill the needed documents and submit it to the Ministry of Finance, after the approval of the Board of Director, then send it to the bank for payment
- Coordinate with the person in charge for NSSF about the needed NSSF papers and accounting transactions
- Compare the NSSF report to the NSSF allocation for every employee
- Prepare monthly financial report to track the expenses, budget, revenue and send it to Area Managers, Head of Center and the head of units for confirmation and to the Executive Director
- Control the budget of the donors present on the shared folders and correct any discrepancy
- Quarterly, generate a financial report about the residence of the beneficiary in the center, to the legal department to be sent to the ministry of social affairs
