Human Resources - Intern

  • Update and maintain the Attendance Sheet as well as the annual leaves and ensure to send it to all employees
  • Calculate, update and maintain the absences in the Transportation & Tracking Sheet and ensure to send it to Admin Coordinator and Area Manager
  • Prepare and update continually the NSSF papers, ensure that they are signed and send them to the Human Resources Coordinator  
  • Screen CVs and send them to concerned manager 

  • Prepare the requested salaries certificate and work certificate and send them to the Executive Director and Accountant for signature
  • Follow up with volunteers about the event to attend, coordinate with them the schedule and programs
  • Perform the induction for volunteers and interns to himaya in collaboration with the Communication Department
  • Update the volunteers and interns database on regular basis
  • Participate in job fairs, universities’ events and identify new ways to gather a large number of volunteers
  • Work on the turn over rate graphs
