- In charge of preparing, filling, updating and conducting regular inventory of the communications material.
- Plan regular visits to different himaya centers in Lebanon to assess the needs in terms of communication material
- Participate in the elaboration, development and review of the communications strategy.
- Provide creative and out of the box input during brainstorming sessions related to the department
- Assist at main events in different regions in order to report on what is happening on-ground, take pictures and coordinate accordingly with the social media & website officer.
- Draft creative copywriting material such as brochures/crowd funding campaigns when needed
