Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant

The consultant  will report directly to the Resilience Program Manager and work on the following tasks:

• Review existing M&E tools used by the Resilience program
• Review the tools to respond in a harmonious way across Lebanon
• Update or develop new M&E tools for the different services offered whether in the primary assessment or the action plan, in individual settings or group setting.
• Develop tools to evaluate the impact of the psychological services singularly
• Develop tools to evaluate the impact of the social services singularly (home visit assessment tools, social guidance for parent’s tools ….)
• Develop tools to evaluate the impact of the alternative care component within the care plan process.
• Develop tools to evaluate the impact of the group approach implemented with parents and with children within the care plan.
• Develop new evaluation tools for training and coaching conducted internally and / or externally
• Develop tools to evaluate the impact of the supervision on the wellbeing of the supervisee
• Train himaya team on using the tools and data analysis and writing impact report
• Pilot the tools to ensure their reliability and validity before dissemination
• Coach himaya’s team in using the tool upon need
• Review the first evaluation report prepared by himaya’s team and provide feedback
