-The trainer will conduct a 3 day training on conflict transformation skills.
-Follow up on the training
-The trainer will attend one preparation day to draft an agenda for the training. He/she will conduct three days of training which is scheduled to take place in the last week of July, after which, he/she will submit a report. The trainer will also attend an evaluation meeting for the duration of half a day.
