Main Tasks:
Monitoring
Ensuring that the activities are implemented according to the agreement with the donor
Ensuring that the set target is reached
Reporting
Standard Progress report+ Financial report every 3 months
Write and deliver all reports to the donor
Coordination and Management
The PM is the focal point with the donor
The P.M has to make sure that all human resources are engaged in the project are motivated (meetings, conflict resolution, etc.)
Finance
The PM authorizes expenditures on the project
Required Skills:
Management skills
Business related background
Familiarity with management tools
Demonstrated leadership managing people
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Operational, technical and management skills
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes
Excellent communication leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to speak, read and write Arabic (native Arabic speaker) and English
Good computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel…)
