Main Tasks:
- Implement strategies in collaboration with the SW after the SCM’s approval and intervene according to the resilience program’s procedures
- Submit a decision to the SCM regarding:
- Primary investigation/ evaluation
- Internal referral (to prevention team)
- External referral
- Emergency intervention
- Draft the action plan and update the objectives with the SW all along:
- The assessment
- The intervention
- The revision
- The closure
- Conduct weekly meetings with the assigned SW to follow up on the cases they are handling
- Conduct bi-monthly meeting with the SCM to follow up on the case’s action plan implementation
- Respect the meeting’s implementation deadline with the family or other stakeholders according to the planned weekly schedule
- Advise the SCM when psychiatric or psychotherapist referral is needed for the beneficiary & or family and coordinate on the follow up with the external party
- Attend all monthly meetings relevant to the team work:
- Weekly meeting with AM
- Bi-monthly meeting with SCM
- Monthly and Quarterly meeting with PM
- Quarterly meeting with the OP
- Submit psychological & psychosocial child protection reports to the Senior Case Manager intended to court or other parties
- Sbmit reports and administrative documents to the SCM as per the annual plan
- Emergencies reports

- Ensure a proper reception and documentation of new cases through the hotline during working hours, when the SW & the SCM are not available
- Conduct Psychometric Tests when necessary
- Cover maximum two shifts outside himaya’s offices, within municipalities, NGOs… to conduct psychosocial family interventions and submit reports to the SCM about implementation’s challenges or success
- Participate to group initiatives that are intended to enhance performance:
- Monthly case conferences with the SCM
- Quarterly with the PM & other colleagues from the same background
- Quarterly with other colleagues from the same background
- Peer to Peer
- Supervision
- Annual symposium
Educational Background And Needed Skills
- Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology
- Preferably 2 years of experience in psychological related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Ability to work under pressure and hard situations
- Ability to work in a multi-professional team while remaining within his or her area of expertise
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably Familiarity with child protection and implemented laws in Lebanon
- Able to collect, analyze and synthesize information in order to apply and support intervention methods and techniques
- Know how to transmit written and / or oral information to the various professionals and hierarchical referents
- Willingness to update their professional knowledge and skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English with basic knowledge in French
