- Implement strategies in collaboration with the SW concerning the entry to the family and take SCM’s approval in high risk cases.
- Conduct a comprehensive primary assessment and agree with the SW on clear outcome submitting the anamnestic file.
- Draft the action plan and update the objectives with the SW all along:
- The assessment -The intervention- The revision and the closure
- Follow up on cases strategies and objectives in respect to the best interest of the child:
- Conduct meetings with the assigned SW to follow up on the cases they are handling
- Conduct monthly meeting with the SCM to follow up on the case’s action plan implementation.
- Respect the meeting’s implementation deadline with the family or other stakeholders according to the planned weekly schedule.
- Accompany SW in home visits with clear objectives of assessment according to case's risk level in exceptional cases.
- Refer families to appropriate services internal or external and other NGOs when needed.
- Accompany the child/family to courts, other NGOs after the SCM's approval in exceptional cases.
- Advise the SCM when psychiatric or psychotherapist referral is needed for the beneficiary & or family and coordinate on the follow up with the external party
- Submit CP reports to SCM respecting deadlines and standards:
- Submit child protection reports to the Senior Case Manager (intended to court or other parties) according to reporting standards
- Submit reports and administrative documents to the SCM on time: - emergency reports - SOP documents - Oracle - True story – attendance sheets -minutes of meetings
- Attend meetings and participate actively:
- Respect the meeting's implementation deadline with the family or other stakeholders according to the planned weekly schedule
- Attend all monthly meetings relevant to the team work: Weekly meeting with AM, monthly meeting with SCM, Monthly and Quarterly meeting with PM, Quarterly meeting with the OD
- Participate to group initiatives that are intended to enhance performance: Psychosocial workshop- brain storming meeting- Supervision
- Ensure a proper reception and documentation of new cases through the hotline during working hours, when the SW & the SCM are not available
- Conduct Psychometric Tests when necessary
- Cover maximum two shifts outside himaya’s offices, within municipalities, NGOs… to conduct psychosocial family interventions and submit reports to the SCM about implementation’s challenges or success
