- Coordinate International Social services case management requests implementations with the respective operational teams in the areas and report monthly success and challenges to the PM.
- Participate in drafting the resilience’s relevant documents: Procedures Guidelines, Child protection, communication material, Administrative documents...
- Participate in the annual resilience strategic planning
- Assist the PM in elaborating the resilience yearly action plan and evaluate the work periodically with the Resilience program manager
- Assist the PM in the design and implementation of the internal quarterly training for Psychologists and Social Workers
