Resilience Program Manager

1.         Responsible for the specialized case management service in the organization 2.          Elaborate a clear timeline to develop all activities on himaya’s strategic plan and follow-up its implementation; 3.         Organize and lead internal program meetings; 4.         Elaborate and submit the yearly budget and action plan for the program; 5.         Work on the structure of the program in order to deliver the services in the most efficient way; 6.         Identify the needs in recruitment for the different units within the program  7.         Develop the strategy of the unit; 8.         Provide detailed description of all services delivered by the program; 9.         Conduct technical training for the senior team members in the regions; 10.        Meet regularly with the head of units to coordinate on joint activities 11.         Submit the yearly annual report;
