Senior Case Manager - Saida

Major Requirements: - Manage the Psycho-Social team on the technical level - Validate the Psycho-Social strategy and insure its proper implementation - Evaluate the performance of the psycho-social team and suggest ideas for a better output - Conduct the induction and technical training for new recruits   Qualifications: - A minimum of 10 years experience in Psycho-Social work - A minimum of 5 years experience in supervising a team - Creative, dynamic and able to effectively lead a team with superior interpersonal communication skills - Fluent in Arabic, English and/or French
