- Implement interventions and strategies in coordination with the Senior Case Manager and the Psychologist according to the resilience program’s procedures
- Conduct preliminary meetings in order to collect anamnestic data (from parents and children and other stakeholders) in coordination with the Psychologist and conduct home visits
- Evaluate the family needs and resources’ availability
- If necessary, refer families to appropriate services and other NGOs
- Ensure a consistent and regular follow-up of the family
- Driving License is a must
