-Conduct home visits on a regular basis
-Work on an individual level with the beneficiary
-Establish a family follow up project
-Refer families to complementary services when needed
-Conduct a regular follow-up with the family
-Report to the Senior Case Manager and the Area Manager
-Write and submit legal reports
-Report on Oracle Database on a regular basis
-Attend supervision sessions and regular monthly meetings as set by the resilience program
