Social worker - North

  • Implement interventions and strategies in  coordination with the Senior Case Manager and the Psychologist according to the resilience program’s procedures
  • Conduct preliminary meetings in order to collect anamnestic data (from parents and children and other stakeholders) in coordination with the Psychologist and conduct home visits
  • Evaluate the family needs and resources’ availability
  • If necessary, refer families to appropriate services and other NGOs
  • Ensure a consistent and regular follow-up  of the family
  • Prepare weekly schedules & coordinate with SCM  
  • Attend the monthly meetings of the regional teams and the team weekly meetings
