Implement interventions and strategies in  coordination with the Senior Case Manager and the Psychologist according to the resilience program’s procedures

Conduct preliminary meetings in order to collect anamnestic data (from parents and children and other stakeholders) in coordination with the Psychologist and conduct home visits

Evaluate the family needs and resources’ availability

If necessary, refer families to appropriate services and other NGOs

Ensure a consistent and regular follow-up  of the family
