General Job Missions Responsible of the prevention program in his/her region Awareness Activities and Coordination Coordinate with the focal point from UN agencies, schools, NGOs and INGOS and the area manager regarding the awareness sessions schedule Coordinate with the Area Manager on finalizing the MoU for each action plan that should be implemented from the prevention team Send a monthly planning to the area manager, beginning of each month Submit a monthly report related to the progress of the work in the region to the area manager Conduct conferences and awareness sessions when needed, in case of emergencies (if a facilitator got sick, etc.) Giving training sessions to train and monitor the community leaders (Chawich, religious leaders, municipalities, etc.) Organize and implement with the team several awareness events to target a big number (100-200 persons) in one day in his/her region Coordinate with relevant contacts to secure the reach target Open new contacts in his/her region in coordination with the area manager Responsible of establishing relevant contacts in the regions provided by the area manager. The team leader and area manager are both accountable for the target Management and supervision of the Team Supervise the work of the senior- facilitator, facilitators, and assistants facilitator Meet with the team weekly and attend all the admin meetings Attend all capacity building sessions provided for the prevention team Respond to all the prevention teams’ concerns (annual leaves, sick leaves, payslips, etc.) and present it to the area manager Monitoring and evaluation of activities Monitor and evaluate the work of the team: the content of the key messages and the animation techniques used on the field Fill evaluation sheets provided by M&E unit Evaluate all sessions with the senior- facilitator, facilitators, and assistants facilitator based on the tools provided by M&E unit Evaluate the work periodically with the head of program Evaluate the work of the intervention of the prevention team with the coordinator of school/ngo/ingo/SDC etc. Case Detection and Referrals Filter all cases detected and refer to the resilience program Coordinate with the senior case manager on the cases detected by the prevention team Qualifications: Bachelor degree in social work, psychology or social animation. Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant field, with 2 years experience in a managerial position.
