1. Work on the creation of the committees/groups with the implementation of a comprehensive/ participatory approach with the communities targeted.
2. Conduct the TOT for caregivers and adolescent groups.
3. To ensure that committees are provided with adequate training and to follow-up on their work and impact.
4. Inform the community about himaya’s activities and answer any question related to the organization and the program
5. Ensure the good process of all the stages of committee/ groups creation and provide them with the adequate support.
6. Conduct monitoring of the activities, and plan activities accordingly.
7. Conduct FPSS for children and sobhyeh and meswyeh when needed.
8. Maintain an accurate reporting and data management of the activities.
9. Support the committees/ groups in their daily activities
10. Coordinate with the team-leader regarding the awareness activities schedule
11. Use interactive techniques for the awareness activities
12. Organize and implement with the team several awareness events.
13. Provide visibility material for the communication department
14. Attend the prevention and admin weekly meetings
15. Attend all capacity building workshops provided for the prevention team
16. Gives his/her input on the content of the awareness activities and the animation techniques used on the field
17. Fill the tools provided by M&E unit
18. Help in other activities related to the prevention program
19. Detect the cases of abuse and refer them to the team leader
