* Locations : Indoor courts

   - Beirut 

   - Hazmieh

* Total Number of kids to insured 1500 kids Youth , for 10 months

Noting that kids will be visiting the courts and play 4 times duration of 5 hrs each time

No extreme sports

Proposal to be sent before : 28 July 2019 

Envelops should have tags that specify the supplier name and area of interest (Beirut, Mount Lebanon).

The envelop should also include the following:

Legal documents are strongly preferred (Commercial Registration, MOF Registration)

Signed and Stamped quotation

Please also note:

  1. Price should be in EURO currency
  2. Whether your quote are inclusive or exclusive of VAT, if not otherwise stated, we will assume your quotes are inclusive of VAT.
  3. Payment terms.
  4. Quotation must be signed by an official authorized to bind the offer.
  5. Quotation expiry date.
  6. Quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the attention of the undersigned within the period indicated above.
  7. Quotation should clearly mention the RFQ number.
