- Abide by the project manual .
- Ensure that the venue is prepared and ready to host the attendees as per the set plan .
- Ensure that the equipment are delivered on time and before the sessions starts .
- Distribute and manage the assistants and the adolescents .
- Report to project manager on weekly basis .
