Shadow Assistant for FPSS

Identify vulnerable children in need of PSS sessions in line with inter-agency selection criteria

Deliver FPSS sessions to children .

Ensure PSS sessions is delivered in line with global minimum standards and national inter-agency SOPs/standards.

Ensure to identify and refer children in need of case management to CP case management on a monthly basis.

Ensure the proper documentation of data collected (hard and soft copies) during FPSS (attendance sheets, permission slips, parental consent, referrals etc.)
Ensure that ALL children accessing PSS sessions and identified as being at high risk are referred to case management.

Review the coaching session/plan together with the Officer and agree on areas in need of strengthening on a weekly basis.

Good knowledge in Child Protection.

Knowledge of child protection and GBV and PSS basic principles.

Cultural sensitivity

knowledge of child development and adult learning techniques

knowledge of the negative impacts of child labor on child development
