Data Collection Services

Humanity & Inclusion (HI), (Legally known as Handicap International) is an independent and impartial aid organisation working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. We work alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, taking action and bearing witness in order to respond to their essential needs, improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.

Federation Handicap International "Humanity & Inclusion" is soliciting a call for proposals for Data Collection Services.

Interested Bidders are invited to check the Terms of reference attached and submit their offer according to attached RFQ in PDF (signed and stamped) on the following email: tenders@lebanon.hi.org

The subject of the email should contain the reference of: Data Collection Services-RFQ2022-002 .

Offers should be Send by Email to : tenders@lebanon.hi.org

The following are the required documents to be submitted in order to be eligible candidate for the consultancy service:

  • Technical Offer that includes Methodological approach/work plan adopted for the service,
  • Previous sample of relevant work (data collection, assessments, evaluations, etc.),
  • Consultancy company cover letter that presents their relevant experience and competencies to the requested service,
  • CVs of at least 4 data collectors and supervisor/lead of the data collection process,
  • company legal registration(s) in the country of application,
  • company tax registration(s) in the country of application,
  • Training material for data collector (if applicable)
  • Financial offer (in USD “Fresh”) that specifies the different prices of services as per attached PDF (in pdf and excel formats) with company's logo and stamp

Bidders shall send their proposal before Friday the 17th of January 2022 at 17h00.
