INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS Introduction 1.1. Handicap International is an independent and impartial international aid organization working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. HANDICAP INTERNATIONAL (Humanitarian Action Division), hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites experienced firms to submit bids, in Lebanon, for: Lot 1: Provision of physical rehabilitation materials Lot 2: Car rental services Contracts will be awarded lot by lot. The tender must be received before the 7th of October.
