Deminer – Mine Action project

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the deminer is requested to conduct a safely manual clearance for mines and UXO.

HI is looking for a hard worker able to work in a team under the supervision of the site supervisor and the team leader and respecting the standard of operations (SOPs) of handicap international.

 A full training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Previous experience in Mine Action is a plus

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS:

HI workers must adhere to the values and principles outlined in HI Code of conduct.  In accordance with these values, HI operates and enforces policies on Beneficiary Protection from Exploitation and Abuse, Child Safeguarding, Anti-fraud, bribery, and corruption.

Fixed term contract till end of December 2019 and the position is based in Toula Batroun with movement to field of activities.

Basic salary range for the position : 970 USD and above based on experience
