Implementation of a network of emergency prosthesis and orthotics workshops.
Psychosocial support
Accompaniment of partners for provision of PSS activities.
Food and Households Essential Items coverage
Supervision and accompaniment of partners for distribution of HEI and FI kits according to each area specific needs.
Capacity building of partners
Training of physiotherapists and professionals from the Health sector, managers, social workers, and PSS animators.
Securing the SCSOs’ funding by promoting direct links between HI partners and interested donors.
Note that this job description must remain flexible, to respond to additional tasks or changes as identified by the line manager.

- MA Degree in Clinical Psychology
- At least 5 years of experience in training/capacity building and supervision
- Humanitarian experience and in emergency response is mandatory, in the Middle East is highly desirable
- Reactivity, anticipation, adaptability and capacity to take initiatives to changing requirements
- Organizational skills, rigor
- Ability to synthesize
- Listening and diplomacy skills
- Good writing and communication skills inside the team and from widely-varied organizations and agencies
- Fluency in English (oral and written) mandatory
- Fluency in French and Arabic are a plus
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in current office software applications
