Bring constant support and guidance to the teams and maintain technical quality in the frame of HI integrated approach is the main challenge to take up. Objectives: Under the responsibility of the rehabilitation officer, the rehabilitation trainer will be responsible for the technical support and follow up of the rehabilitation activities managed from Lebanon. According to the position, the Rehabilitation Trainer must keep all the data confidential, and share it only with the designated persons. ACCOUNTABILITIES Line manager: Rehabilitation Officer Line manager+1: Projects Manager    MAIN TASKS 1.         Provision of trainings and technical support Plan and provide technical trainings and continuous technical support to partners under the supervision of rehabilitation officer; Assess the trainees’ level prior to training session and adjust the training contents accordingly; Participate on the design of new rehabilitation training tools and its translation; Ensure the trainees’ understanding & participation and the  relevance of the sessions according to the training methodology and partners operating context; Assess the trainees’ level at the end of the training session and follow up of training impact; Implement regular technical and case discussions with the Physiotherapists and provide technical support, identify training needs and follow up application of prior trainings; 2.         Follow up and monitoring of rehabilitation activities Rehabilitation activities follow up: Ensure continuous follow up on rehabilitation donations (distribution of mobility aids, specific items, and orthoses) and its reconciliation through internally developed tools; Provide monthly reports on general progress to Rehabilitation officer; Monitoring of rehabilitation activities: Monitor the respect of HI rehabilitation guidelines and quality of rehabilitation care provided through the study of individual assessment forms;  In case of clear/minor breach of these guidelines, report to Rehabilitation officer and perform reminders of these guidelines to physiotherapist supervisor for him/her to remind the field teams Ensure that received individual assessment forms and donations certificates are filled properly; Transfer all the individual assessment forms and donation certificates and follow up sheets to the Database Officer; Upon request, extract specific data from the documents sent/rehabilitation beneficiaries database and compile them for target follow up in close collaboration with Database and Rehabilitation officer; 3.         Support to development of new activities, rehabilitation tools and processes Provide suggestions to Rehabilitation officer on new physical rehabilitation activities/modifications of current activities based on the discussion with the Physiotherapists; Participate on development of new rehabilitation tools and processes and its harmonization across the mission in cooperation with Rehabilitation officer; Ensure the translation of all rehabilitation tools and process;   Note that this job description must remain flexible, to respond to additional tasks or changes as identified by the line manager. REQUIREMENTS Education and experience: Physiotherapist diploma with clinical experience (hospital level or private clinic). At least one working experience in the humanitarian field including experience on emergency and post-emergency contexts (would be an asset). Experience on training provision – ToT experience would be an asset. Experience with NGO would be an asset. Computer Skills: Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel Professional & Personal skills: Analysis and good writing skills in English and Arabic (French would be an asset) Able to cope with an important workload Proactivity and flexibility Diplomacy and interpersonal skills Confident and incisive Able to work in intercultural environment Strong organizational skills Language: Mandatory English and Arabic (oral and Written) French would be an asset JOB CONDITIONS Remuneration: according to HI salary grid Starting date: ASAP Duration/ Type of contract: based on a timeline project Others: Health insurance
