Safety Training Advisor

Tasks and responsibilities: -       Training technical support: supports all safety  teams and analyse their needs of improvments -       Prepare and deliver safety trainings as per project needs -       Provide recommendations to the Regional Safety Coordinator in terms of qualitative improvments needed -       Monitoring and evaluation of the safety activities on the field -       Participate to the design and update of monitoring tools to improve activities on the field and remote management -       Actively participate to the elaboration of Information, Education and Communication (IEC) tools -       Ensure that all safety training sessions are conducted to a high quality standard in line with the International Standards -       Assist technically the Project Managers (in Lebanon and in Turkey) to ensure the project meets its objectives and maximize the positive impact of activities -       Participate to the elaboration/update of data collection forms and to the analysis of the collected information -       Report on a weekly and monthly basis to the line manager -       Translation -       External representation in absence of the Regional Safety Coordinator
