About PDF: Palestinian Disability Forum “PDF” regroups 17 NGOs and institutions existing in the Palestinian camps in Lebanon. PDF was created to join efforts among the different NGOS leading to fraternity of the services of the persons with disabilities in the educational, vocational, health and rehabilitation fields. Main objective: To update the existing strategy of “PDF” taking mental health into consideration. The trainer’s /consultant tasks:   -Prepare and conduct a number of workshop days to facilitate the process of updating the existing strategy of “PDF” taking into consideration mental health aspects -Set monitoring tools to help “PDF” in monitoring the implementation of their strategy. -Produce the “PDF” new strategy document. Meanwhile, HI will have a role beside the consultant as follows: -Feedback on the workshop outlines, content and activities. -Communicate with the participants -Prepare all the logistics related to the worshop. -Follow up on the implementation of the workshop. -Validate the final document produced by the consultant.   Expected deliverables:   -An updated strategy related to “PDF”.   -Monitoring tools to help monitoring the implementation of the strategy.
