- Copy of VAT registration certificate - صورة عن شهادة تسجيل في مديرية الضريبة على القيمة المضافة
- Commercial registration of the company - الإذاعة التجارية للشركة أو المؤسسة
- Statement of non-bankruptcy - إفادة عدم إفلاس
- Certificate of non-liquidation (judicial) - شهادة عدم تصفية قضائية
- Valid Social Security Fund certificate covering the entire tender period - شهادة تسجيل في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي صالحة طوال مدة صلاحية المناقصة
- Copy of ID of the authorized signatory - صورة عن هوية المفوض بالتوقيع
- Bank letter confirming company account details – must be a fresh USD account - كتاب من البنك يتضمن تفاصيل الحساب، ويؤكد أن الحساب بالدولار
- Organizational chart including company owners and board members - المخطط التنظيمي للشركة بما يشمل المالكين وأعضاء مجلس الإدارة
- List of similar completed projects - لائحة بالمشاريع المماثلة المنفذة سابقاً
- Qualifications and CVs of key technical personnel - مؤهلات وسير ذاتية للفريق الفني الأساسي
Renovation plans and technical details will be shared only with companies that meet the administrative requirements.
Important Note: Incomplete submissions or missing documents will lead to automatic disqualification from the tender process.
