humedica requests your price quotation for the purchase of surgical equipment and supplies for a surgical room including laproscope, insufflator, monitor, electrosurgical unit, surgical instruments and hysteroscopy.

• All quotes provided should meet humedica specification(s).
• The quotation must be signed and stamped to be considered.
• Commercial Register Certificate is requested.
• Certificate of Registration at Ministry of Finance is requested.
• Quotation must include supply specification.
• All costs must be in US-dollars.
• Delivery terms, payment method, and quote validity period must be included in the quotation.
