Tender Invitation for Medical Gas Installation and Medical Equipment Supply

humedica is inviting sealed quotations from qualified suppliers for the following procurment lots:

  • Lot A: Medical Gas Installation for the Dialysis Section at Machghara Governmental Hospital
  • Lot B: Supply of Medical Equipment for Machghara Governmental Hospital
  • Lot C: Supply of Medical Equipment for Zahle Office

Bidders may submit quotations for one or more lots. Each lot must be quoted separately in an individual email, with the correct subject line and all required supporting documents.

Quotation Requirements (Applicable to All Lots)

All submitted quotations must:

  • Adhere strictly to humedica’s specifications.
  • Be signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
  • Include a Certificate of Registration with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance.
  • State all prices in US Dollars (USD).
  • Include TVA, delivery fees, and any other applicable charges.
  • Specify the following:
    • Brands
    • Delivery terms
    • Expected delivery/installation time frame
    • Payment method
    • Validity period of the quotation (The validity period of the quotation must be clearly stated, and effective from the submission deadline)

Disqualification of Quotations

Quotations will be automatically disqualified if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The subject line of the submission email is missing, incorrect, or unclear.
  • Any of the quotation requirements listed in Section 2 are incomplete, missing, or not properly addressed.
  • Quotations for multiple lots are submitted in a single email or not clearly separated. Each quotation must be submitted individually, with its own file and subject line, indicating the relevant lot number.

humedica reserves the right to reject any submission that does not fully comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this tender.
