Job description:
- We are looking for a candidate to carry out accounting tasks, some of the tasks are as shown
- Review records of and input entries into their respective accounts.
- File keeping and organizing (receipts, expense papers, checks)
- Good knowledge of the NSSF and Taxes regulations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly closing budgets ofthe Association's departments
- Prepare various quarterly reports
- Prepare general accounting reports upon request
- Data input of various transactions (donations, returns, bank deposits, petty cash expenses, and other daily entries into the accounting program)
- Photocopying / archiving and archiving statements for (general documents / invoices / receipts / security papers / Libyan Post and others
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or an equivalent to it
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the accounting field
- Knowledge of NORIA Accounting software is a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Great understanding of MS Office Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal along with communication skills
- Ability to focus for lengthy periods and conduct accurately with proper speed
