The Business Coordinator operates under the supervision of the Chief operations Officer (COO) and provides support to the overall business performance by coordinating initiatives led by operations department through periodic performance review and analysis.
KEY DUTIES:
1. Support IBDAA product development initiatives with the analysis, design, administrative and technical deliverables such as finalization of related forms, procedures, and manuals. 2. Support performance improvements initiatives by performing portfolio data analysis including trend analysis. 3. Coordinate and liaise with external partner stakeholders on specific programs and initiatives. 4. Act as a custodian for operations processes namely system related and help identify gaps and resolve inconsistencies. 5. Coordinate with different departments on performance improvements initiatives.
6. Draft proposals and reports including monthly reports in English and Arabic when requested.
7. Perform other duties as requested by management.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Creative character; ready to take initiative.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Good coordinator and team worker.
Bachelor Degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related fields.
Computer literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge and skills in Excel software is essential.
Good time management, multi –tasking skills.
Global knowledge of financial sector, knowledge of micro-finance is a plus.
Very good analysis skills – comfortable working with numbers.
