The call center officer will be responsible of answering inbound calls from beneficiaries providing them with necessary and relevant information of the project   Manage incoming calls Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Identify beneficiary’s needs and clarify information Track frequently asked questions Attend meetings on a monthly basis for information updates Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to deal with people from other cultures Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
