M&E Expert (national position)

Main functions and duties:

In coordination with the project staff, design the monitoring and evaluation plan within the project

Implement effective monitoring and evaluation systems and procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of project activities

Design, implement, improve and maintain simple and comprehensive tools for project's activities monitoring

Supervise the systematic collection of data, analyse continuously activities' progress and monitor results in terms of timeliness, quality and accuracy, in line with the logical framework approaches

Define in details the baseline at the beginning of the project for each planned indicator

Enter all data into the monitoring platform created for the project's monitoring and evaluation

Inform the project leader of any delay and deviation/variance

Other necessary duties as assigned (i.e. support in designing and editing new projects proposals)
