Call for Production Company

IDRAAC is seeking a qualified video production company to produce a high-quality short public promotion video for the Self-Help Plus (SH+) Intervention. The production will include studio filming, post-production editing, animation, and subtitling.

Studio & Technical Setup

• Sound-proofed studio (neutral background – white, beige, soft grey)
• 2 Cameras (4K) for mid-shot and close-up cuts (interview-style)
• Soft key and fill lighting setup for warm, professional look
• Teleprompter (optional – useful for longer lines or non-media trained speakers)

Crew

• Director – overall creative and messaging lead
• Director of Photography (DOP) – handles camera framing and lighting
• Sound Engineer – ensures clean voice recording
• Hair & Makeup Artist – light touch-ups, natural look for all speakers
• Editor – assembles and cuts the video
• Animator – creates simple motion graphics (map, session icons, etc.)
• Subtitler – provides synced English subtitles (burned-in)
• Colorist – for natural, consistent color tone

Equipment & Tools

• Neck lavalier microphones (studio-grade, discreet)
• LED panel lights and softboxes for balanced lighting
• Music library license – soft, emotional instrumental track
• 3 Hard drives or USBs (minimum 128GB) – for raw footage and final exports
• Backup batteries and SD cards
• Editing workstation (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)
• Subtitling software (for English subtitle burn-in)

Post-Production

• Sound mixing – balance between voice and music
• Color grading – warm, consistent tone across shots
• Online edit – final HD (1080p or 4K) export
• Subtitles – clear, synced English burned-in subtitles
• 2D animated graphics – region map (5 locations), 5-session timeline, group icons, and closing contact screen
• Up to three rounds of editing included for feedback and approval before final delivery
