Tasks of the of the Communications and Administrative Assistant include the following:
-Provide administrative support in different projects’ activities.
-Develop different visibility and communication materials and support the production of online and offline communication and advocacy materials.
-Update social media platforms and monitor and evaluate outcomes using analytics and other reporting tools.
-Maintain and update website content and sections, newsletters, reports and relevant materials.
-Attend and report on key events & activities.
-Provide support in outreach, awareness, and fundraising activities.
Qualifications:
-University Degree in Media/Communications, Health Communication, Marketing or a related field.
-1-2 years of experience minimum in a similar position.
-Excellent command of English and Arabic (French is a plus).
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Organization and time management skills.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Strong digital and social media skills.
-High level of computer literacy including skills in Microsoft Office applications, Visual/Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Social Media.
