Junior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Processing:

• Assist in the collection and organization of data generated from training programs.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper storage.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data collection processes.

Data Analysis:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Employ statistical techniques and tools to analyze training outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior data analysts to develop analysis plans and methodologies.

Reporting:

• Prepare clear and concise data reports and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Summarize key findings and trends in a comprehensible manner.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and data visualization tools.

Insights and Recommendations:

• Work closely with the training team to derive actionable insights from data analysis.
• Collaborate on the development of recommendations to enhance training effectiveness and outcomes.

Quality Assurance:

• Review data collection processes and reports to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Assist in data validation and cross-checking.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trainers and program managers.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to program improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
