Mapping Coordinator

Tasks include the following:

• Participate in consultative meetings related to community-based rehabilitation and old age affairs with key experts.
• Support the mapping activities related to community-based rehabilitation and old age and coordinate with consultants in mapping of points of interest, field data collection and office data handling.
• Research and follow up with other organizations and networks working on project’s outcomes and map outreach efforts carried out by others in the areas of interventions.
• Conduct and oversee mapping activities and plan interventions accordingly.
• Coordinate the teamwork of 6 mapping officers.
• Collect field data using Mobile Data Collection tools.
• Support to data handling (mainly Excel sheets) including data cleaning, data entry, data controls.
• Prepare regular reports on project’s deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Background in social work and more than 5 years of experience in service mapping.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data collection tools.
• Comfortable with mobile, computers, internet and software in general.
• Previous experience in the humanitarian field.
