Mental Health Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars on various mental health topics.
• Ensure engaging, informative, and interactive training experiences.
• Provide guidance and support to participants seeking mental health information and resources.
• Supervise the quality and accuracy of the training

• Foster a safe and supportive training environment.
• Collect participant feedback and assess training effectiveness.
• Use feedback to improve training content and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with other specialists, trainers, and organizations to enhance training offerings.
• Work closely with the training team to coordinate program logistics.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure or certification as a mental health specialist or counselor.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering mental health training programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach to mental health support.
• Knowledge of diverse mental health conditions and treatment modalities.
• Ability to adapt training content to different audiences.
