Job Description:
- Facilitate group psychosocial support (PSS) sessions to address emotional, social, and psychological needs.
- Facilitate mental health awareness sessions to educate communities on mental health issues and reduce stigma.
- Collaborate with community organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and support advocacy efforts.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on program activities, progress, and impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in social work, mental health, community outreach, or related fields.
- Previous experience in conducting assessments and providing support services is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment and psychosocial support principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to social justice.
